PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
1. KJ-100 has excellent isolation performance, which can effectively prevent the mutual adhesion between the mixed film or the unvulcanized film, and can form a thin and uniform coating on the surface of the unvulcanized film, which can effectively prevent the film from being polluted by dust.
2. KJ-100 will not form sediment in the water tank during continuous production, and the film forming and drying speed is fast, which has no adverse effect on the subsequent processing of the rubber compound.
3. After drying, KJ-100 has excellent redispersibility in rubber and does not affect the vulcanization performance of the rubber.
4. KJ-100 does not affect the film top roller during subsequent processing.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Mix with water and stir evenly when using, the ratio is as follows:
In summer, add water according to 1:5~1:6
In winter, add water at 1:10~1:15
2. Allow a reasonable amount of time for the film release agent to fully dry on the film surface before the film is placed.
